My name is Kevin Darby and I produce worship services by training and developing vocal, instrumental and technical talent in local church communities. I believe the arts are undervalued in many churches and I seek to inspire these groups to see the life changing power of music. I’m on a mission to change the way we worship our Creator by training and educating church leaders and artistic talent with proven techniques I have learned from over 43 years of serving in these areas of servant leadership.

In addition to working with worship teams throughout the world, I write and arrange music. These songs are specifically designed to engage the heart, soul, and mind on the deepest levels. Do you desire honesty, realness, depth, and heart in your music? Do you want to be challenged, moved, inspired, and connected to God and each other? So do I – and that is what I help singers and musicians find in themselves and even more powerfully when they join together. Ultimately, my goal is to teach individuals and church groups to raise the bar for what they expect of themselves and others in their worship by getting outside of their comfort zone and realizing their potential.

Some of my greatest memories are leading worship times for church communities of several thousand from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles to the Boston Opera House. But, I’m most proud when I see small groups (with no professional musicians) through consistent hard work grow to create strong and powerful times of worship beyond what they could have imagined.

In terms of writing and producing music, I have produced 7 CDs and written or arranged over 100 spiritual songs. I have been contracted to write music for film and community events, such as the special olympics. The first album available on this site is Be Still, My Soul, which I produced during my time in full time music ministry in North Carolina. This album sold out and is now available for the first time here with all tracks re-mastered.

My desire is for the music and instruction on this site to bring life to your soul and life to your church! More than that, I want to meet you, mentor you, and train you to be the best singer, musician, or worship leader you can be. I currently live in the Raleigh, North Carolina area with my beautiful wife of 40 years, Syntcha, and my daughter, Kelly. My son and daughter-in-law, John and Jennipher, work and live close by with our grandsons, Declan and Roman.  I have been fortunate to share in this gift of music with all of my family.
